Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and take pizza orders with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage the cash register and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area to enhance customer experience.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize sales.
- Complete phone orders & learn procedures.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Passion for pizza and a commitment to providing great service.
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
