Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and take pizza orders with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage the cash register and process payments efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area to enhance customer experience.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize sales.
- Assist in training new staff members on phone order procedures.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry.
